I don't usually eat bread but for a lunch with tuna or egg salad, what do you think is better?
2 slices of whole wheat bread 200cals
1 whole wheat wrap 180cals
1 whole wheat Pita 250 cals
I imagine that the number of cabs, fats and sugar more than likely play a part also.
What are your thoughts what is your go to?
Thank yiu

Yup, this is the tortilla i eat every day as my primary carb source. I can make breakfast burritos, lunch, dinner, snack wraps with it and just the right amount of carbs and the lowest calorie tortilla that ive found so far.

It all depends on your caloric target, macros and taste preferences. That said, the caloric content of the wraps seems pretty high. I use the standard Mission flour tortillas from the grocery store and they're only 90 calories each.

    1) whatever you like the best
    2) if you really don't care, go for what will fill you up the most (check fiber and protein)

Personally, if I don't care, I typically go for a low carb tortilla as well (60-80 calories depending on the brand, around 8g of protein and fiber).

Alternative pitas! They also make bagels.

120 calories each and they're huge!
