What about eating a hand full of nuts? You could also google high protein snacks and celery sticks filled with peanut or almond butter.2

Pepperoni sticks (chicken or turkey if you want low cal) or jerky of some kind perhaps?1

Pepperoni turkey is a good one. If you put them in the microwave for a minute and a half on a paper towel they turn into pepperoni "chips" you can dip in hummus.1
