New here Goal of 30+ to lose

Hey there !
How are you?My name is Maria currently a college student, mother of two, working third shift. As you can see my schedule is a little busy. Not trying to make excuse but mostly likely had a part in my weight gain. My goal is to lose the 30 plus that i have always been overweight. By tracking my meals I'm hoping it'll encourage me to stop eating unhealthy,skipping meals and snacking late at night.
