I recently started a ketogenic diet and I'm looking for people to add me who are on the same boat and who share their diary, right now I'm not really being that creative with it so some ideas would be nice .

Snackes were Dannon lite and fit greek yougurts, cashews , Chocolate Carb control shakes and Fat free String cheese. Hope this will give you some ideas for meals. Good Luck you can do this. Just watch your carbs through fitness pal instead or worrying about calories.

Keto is easy! I love doing it. I keep carbs below 60g per day (watch out for cashews!!) and protein around the 0.8 per lb and fats are high up.
One thing I don't get, carbs are a complex sugar (hence the insulin spikes) and yet some ketoers consume quite a lot of sugar, or at least appear to. Personally, I avoid sugar as much as possible. More importantly for me I do not eat pasta, bread, rice or any potato. I eat very little carrots, too. I eat lots of spinach, kale, cheese, eggs, bacon, coconut oil, olive oil, olives, cheese, I ty to avoid prepared meats but I'm a sucker for chorizo, double (heavy) cream, tuna, Mayo, tomatoes, peppers, little amounts of mushroom, (did I mention cheese?) cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, courgette (zucchini), squash and wild fish - avoid farmed salmon, tilapia and trout it's as bad as junk food.

You can check my diary, there are some recipes in there. Not many, but there are some.

Hi there! I started it last month and am already down 7lbs--crazy! I love cooking so I make my lunch in big batches that I eat over the week (6-8 servings), I eat my lunch with riced cauliflower (grated, sautéed in butter in a wok for 10 mins or so with parsley flakes and garlic powder). In the morning I have cream cheese pancakes (batter yields 4), and at night I usually have a cup or two of steamed kale with chicken breast and a homemade dip (butter+cream cheese+garlic powder+parsley flakes). I never hit more than 50% of my fat macros but...I am constantly full so I don't try too hard and end up with a +500cals deficit.

I hope my diary is public so you can have an idea, if not then I'll modify the settings.
