Over the holidays I was unable to work out due to medical reasons. My doctor told me not to work out until my condition was stable. Well, the first week I decided I will sub a Zumba class that was a bad idea. So I basically had to stop until spring. Now that I am back in the gym on a daily basis and eating better by goal is to lose 20 pounds. I don’t have a time frame of when I want to complete this goal because I don’t know what is realistic. I am 4’10” and I gained 20 pounds over the holidays due to being able to not work out. I tried my best to eat right by cutting out soda, eating fish, chicken and more veggies. I want to get to the point where I don’t crave sweets as much and working out for an hour daily gets me the results I want. Any advice on how I can train my body back to what it was before?
