Seriously need to kick my food addiction

I lost 20 lbs and fell off the wagon and gained it all back and I have been trying to get back on track but I'm really struggling to kick my food addiction, i need help. My husband has been trying to motivate me but his methods are more of a "just do it" variety and if only it were that easy. I've been working out but I slip and eat at least 1 cheat meal every day. I'm a stay at home wife so it's hard to avoid my kitchen. I've been thinking of getting a meal replacement shake to help keep me full and give me a bit of a "treat". Does anyone have any recommendations? I've tried isagenix and I like it but it's over 50$ a tub and I'd like to explore other options

Stop going on and off tracks and wagons. Eat for life. Plan your meals and eat real food, food you like, and not too little. You aren't addicted, you binge because you feel deprived, and because you can, and because food is good.1
