Hello Everyone,
Looking to meet/ chat with local people about exercise and weightloss. I have loss 50 lbs with changing eating habits now looking to lose another 50 lbs with exercise added in. I have a bad right knee so it hurts just to stand / walk so I am having a hard time motivating myself to workout. Need someone to help push me. Thanks :p
