Push through

Good evening champions!

Just checking in to see what extra work we all got done today. Unfortunately I have had a migraine all day.
But I was still able to squeeze in Pilates.
When my head wasn't pounding quite as bad.
Just finished 10 minute abs, I'll sure be glad when I get rid of the flab.
So all the work will show that I've been doing all my abs LOL
Sorry I didn't get my post in earlier today.
but I was dealing with a migraine as stated before and the meds I have to take.
But don't use that as an excuse for not getting in your routine.
or some type of activity in today.
If I can do it with a pounding head, there should be no excuses for you any of you.
