diary entry question for personal trainer

Hi. I'm looking for some help with adding exercise to my diary. Is there an easy way to enter workouts and exercise from a session with a personal trainer at the gym, other than trying to find and list each individual on in my diary? If I enter manually, how do I know calories burned?

    if your doing strength training, you can find it under cardio
    if your workout is more of circuit training, that is also under cardio

    I would probably cut whatever estimate you get by 50-75% and adjust that up or down based on your average loss over say a 4-6 week period. Losing faster than you want, eat more of them. Losing less than you want, eat less of them.
