Please turnoff the notifications for when you become friends with other mfps!! People don't need to know that!! Leave on your weight lost, activities completed and day streak!!

I've lost 15lbs in 60 days in mfp and love it!

    Right now I'm eating 1550 cals/day of mainly lean protein, veg and light cheeses....I stay away from sugar...Id like to keep things sort of flexible so that I can satisfy cravings as I used to eat a lot of takeout while having a cast in my leg
