Hello everyone.

I have used MFP on and off for a number of years. I am 2 weeks post-op from sleeve gastrectomy weight loss surgery and I am looking for friends so that we can motivate and support each other. Please feel free to add me <3

    Hi Nicole. Same thing here...the on and off for a number of years. Determined to stick it out this time. Is there any sort of special diet or exercise program they instructed you to follow? I am just trying to keep my calories under 1000 and work out 5 times a week. Oh yeah, my name is Janet, live near Savannah, GA - from Illinois though. Old lady - 57. However did just take my final exam for HR today - am graduating Human Resources with a 4.0. So I need a new goal :)
