I found that when i track my workouts MFP adds daily calories..
I dont want to eat more. I want to burn off what i consume. Does anyone else do this?

That's how MFP works. You're given a deficit to lose without exercise, as you already burn plenty throughout the day. When you do exercise, you burn more calories than they expect. In order to keep your deficit steady and fuel your body, you should be eating a portion of those calories back.3

What Malibu said.
If you're using MFP's formula and not eating back at least 1/4-1/2 of your exercise calories, you're putting yourself at risk for malnutrition.
If it really bothers you, you can try setting your MFP Activity level to Highly Active, then customize all the exercises in your workouts to 1 calorie.0 -
I don't each much of my exercise calories back. Just keep in mind that your weight loss will then be bigger than your goal (assuming exercise calories are accurate). Now if you set a goal of 1 lb a week, don't eat exercise, and only lose 1 lb/week over time, that might be a signal of inaccuracy somewhere. Also keep in mind that eventually, you WILL need to eat exercise once you hit goal weight and want to maintain.0

MFP give you those extra calories for a reason, eat some of them back. If you exercise you need to fuel your body. It will not hinder your weight loss, in fact you will have more energy so you can perform your workouts better.0

That depends on how much you burn. I'd say anything at 400+ calories you should eat at least half back, for nutrition and recovery. A body can't recover without adequate nutrition.
I only burn ~200 per short workout for now so I definitely don't see a need to eat them back yet. As I improve and burn more, I will.1 -
I usually net 1200 min. That means I eat gross of anywhere between 1500-2000 calories...
My calories are set to 1500 but typically burn 500-800...you bet I am eating them back.0 -
Thanks for the feedback...0
