I have hit a wall I try to log meals but I just stopped. I try to exercise but I just stopped. I have tried to stay motivated but I just stopped. This is a lot harder than I thought.

I can relate I've been on the weight and exercise bandwagon many times and my weight has been up and down. I rejoined mfp and it has helped a lot. I've gotten support and I always feel better after a workout. Start with small goals and work you're way up. Don't rush it's a lifelong journey. You can do this. Feel free to add me0
