There's really isn't a best man.
Whatever tastes good to you. I personally threw all my whey away a few years ago and stuck with real food. I think I used Cellucor a lot because of all the different flavors they had.
A water based protein doesn't keep me full what so ever.0 -
if it was me save your money eat protein from real food, (protein powder) LOL more like marketing hype, protein powder dose have its place maybe like making protein pancakes protein donuts good luck0

Whey protein I use is body fortress it's good mixed with skim milk I only use it when I don't have time to cook a meal0

Only reason to change is price, digestibility, availability, and nutrition content. Does your reason involve that?1

Vitamin Shoppe's house brand stuff, "Bodytech", is my favorite. Vanilla and chocolate. Cheap and tastes the best of everything I've tried when mixing into other things, IMO.

I use it and love it. It's creamy and mixes quickly and it tastes good. And if you have an Amazon Prime membership, you can get it at a reasonable price on subscribe and save.

I find supplementing my day with a single protein shake has been far more cost effective than buying "real food". Especially since I don't eat breakfast; it makes a good mid-morning snack.4 -

^^^THIS! Also, I find that if I want to hit my protein goals it's simpler to mix in a dose of protein with my iced coffee in the morning. I fit it into my calorie counts, it helps my macros, keeps me full until lunch, and tastes good.2 -
Problem is, our tastes. We all have our own, and prefer different types. Brand matters very little IMHO... Find the one that fits your macro's\has the nutritional profile you want (Even then the difference is negligible), get some sample packs, and pick based on your preferences etc..
I personally use theproteinworks. UK company, been with them since they started up. I was part of a forum, and we got on them right at the start, just contacted them, and most of us all got some free samples Bene with them ever since0 -
I go with Forza Pro chocolate protein powder. I think it tastes good

I like Magnum Quattro Peanut Butter and Chocolate. I put it in my coffee daily. Makes a great Mocha. Also yummy as a shake.

I get Hemp on Amazon because it's easy. But I just add some to my smoothie, I don't live on it - some ppl do.0

O.N. is good tasting, texture, and macros. It's also highly affordable. So, i say go for it if you want.0

I use Muscletech Whey protein in chocolate, get the 5lb bags at Sam's. It's delicious and the price is good. I only have it now after a workout. If I need a quick protein I ate a single serve packet of tuna.0

I've tried several that I didn't care for. I get sick of the ones with too many artificial sweeteners fast I find. I tried ON and thought it was alright. Right now I'm really into Vega One and Sport. They are a bit pricey but still cheaper than a serving of meat with equal protein where I live. I just have 1-2 shakes a day and 1-2 servings of protein in the form of food a day and I'm set.0
