Sore Knees

I haven't ever had knee problems, but it seem like this time around with my workout and journey, my knees are beginning to hurt. I do the elliptical for 30 min and then do some weights as well. Anyone else have this problem? If so, any ideas?
Thanks.
Thanks.

My right knee has been sore since I started this a month ago. I'm hoping that it will adjust. If not I guess I'll check with the orthopedic dr.0

Stretch, stand feet together and bend your knees, like you're getting ready to sit down. At the same time, put your hands on the out side of your knees and compress them together. Once you get down as far as your comfortable going massage your knee caps with your fingers, then do elliptical rotations with your knees bent almost like the same motion as hula hooping. It sounds dumb, but it works. It'll increase blood flow to the knees to help rebuild and strengthen, and also helps with flexibility and strength. I have bad knees, and my Kung Fu Sifu showed me this technique a few years ago and my knees hardly ever hurt at all anymore. Let me know how you feel after trying it0
