I'm a Scottish guy 39 years old. Did my first 5k last week in 30 min but looking to get to 20. Looking to lose a few kg and get down to 80. I'm at 86 right now. Feel free to add me if you like same things. Mark

    I should add I live in France. Clearly Alps are not in Scotland haha!!
