my new BLT

Had to share my new BLT. This was served as an open faced sandwich but so good.

1 slice of Ezekiel bread, toasted
smear of garlic herb goat cheese(love the use of smear but prolly more than that)
spring mix
2 slices of turkey bacon
1 kumato tomato sliced

Assemble with cheese on toasted bread then tomato,. lettuce and bacon and ENJOY:smile::smile:
