Hello. My name is Moxi. Ive struggled with my weight since I was a young child, around 5/6. Mostly it was binge eating. And due to that Im left at a massive weight of around 320lbs. Ive tried losing weight in the past but it never worked. Ive also struggled with eating disorders, mostly Bulimia. But im on the road to recovery. Im doing it the right way now. Going to lose this fat healthily, AND KEEP IT OFF. I want to be an example, a success story. That you can go from massive, to healthy. And that you can recover from an eating disorder. No more of the "oh, Ill start tomorrow." No! I'm starting TODAY.

Have you considered Bariatric Surgery... I'm going through the process right now ... Only three more months of dieting to go... And everything gets submitted to insurance ...and I can get my surgery date! Have questions? Feel free to ask (I also started a group on here just now called "Debating on Surgery" for any Q&As

Moxi, although I have not ever been at your max weight I was once classified as morbidly obese for my height at one time. I struggled with weight since I was young and at times did very unhealthy things to get thinner... It was a long sad time ago. I contemplated surgery at one point but I decided that I needed to gain control of my life by learning how to make changes one painful step at a time. Over the last several years I've lost 70lbs, the healthy way. taking this one day at a time. I've cried in happiness when the scale has gone down, I've cried in frustration when the scale has shot up but I keep coming back..This will work. Record everything eat less and move more. Even just a little bit at a time. And yes today is a great day. Cinco de Mayo can be the start of your independence day! I wish you well
