I had synched my fit bit but nothing shows up under exercise. Can anyone help me please?

Have you moved more than your activity level on MFP would suggest? Activity credit only shows up once you move more than your activity level would account for.

Just because it's "synced" doesn't mean it's "connected." Mine takes a long time to load. Be patient. Check back in an hour or two. Close the app (swipe it away) and then re-open it. It can take a while to convert all of that data into calories burned.
