Don't understand Libra trend

Hi. In a nutshell, the trend says I'm losing slowly over time but my goal keeps moving further away. Will I ever reach it? Does this confirm what I suspect- WW SP program isn't too effective for producing the loss I want (but it's good for maintaining). The best losing trend seemed to occur when I was counting calories only (duh).

So basically it's showing you that your rate is slower than you'd like. If you want to lose faster you have to eat less.

I've heard that a lot about WW. I think it's probably the "free foods" .

It makes sense - Imagine a 170lb guy and a 150lbs guy eating the exact same food. The 170lbs guy will lose weight faster than the 150lbs guy (the 170lbs guy needs more calories to maintain weight than the 150lbs guy). To make it more extreme, look at a 200lb guy vs a 100lb guy. Same thing.

Since you are now decreasing in weight, you require less calories. I suggest cutting your calories by 100 and see how you do in 1-2 weeks. If still no change, cut another 100 and repeat until you see yourself losing again.
