Home workouts?? Any ideas? Besides squats sit ups, and push ups ect?

    YouTube videos, or just eat less.

    Walk, ride a bike, swim. Or if you have stairs you can walk them. Do you have a stretch band? That is great for resistance.

    If you don't have equipment , check out the programs "you are your own gym", "convict conditioning", or "Nerd Fitness" though all of those will have some squats and push-ups included.

    Fitness Blender is a good series of home workouts on YouTube. Friendly, up-beat.

    As well as above you are your own gym etc.

    I love the hip hop abs DVDs. Really anything with Shaun T, I love that guy, and the workouts are fun if you like to dance.

    The 7-minute workout app is pretty intense, and I think all you need for that is a wall and a chair.
