Gave up smoking a while back, today I was at the market, sun shinning having a coffee, and did I fancy a cig - you bet ? But i got on my bike and cycled away from the tabac as quick as I could ! So pleased I got something right lol

    My baby Dax is a very good girl! Gets her hooman out twice a day for a walk. Just the push I need to get off my but and move/reach a goal.
