I started at 164 back in December. I started to track everything I ate and upping my exercise. I saw a nutritionist who helped me work out my eating habits. I am finally at 136. I have decided to slow down the weight loss to half a pound. My goal is 120. I finally feel happy in my skin and body. I have been overwieght for so long. I started because I was concerned that I would get diabetes like all the woman in my family. I didn't want that for myself. So I am posting to encourage myself. I am so close to my goal.
