I am friend requesting many of you NOW!!!
I just finished my 2nd week of a 12 week program. 4 days of lifting (body splits), two active rest days and one complete rest day.
I'm using an app called Body Transformation. Loving lifting heavy!!!1 -
Reformed cardio junkie here! I've been lifting since January 2015 and may only do 1 hour of cardio a week. Never have felt more accomplished and the results have been impressive. I rarely weigh myself now. I follow IIFYM and eat what I want (including "bad foods" lol). Sending a FR and if anyone else wants to add me feel free!!1
