    YES!! I have been looking for women lifters for the last two weeks! Thank you for posting this!
    I am friend requesting many of you NOW!!!
    I just finished my 2nd week of a 12 week program. 4 days of lifting (body splits), two active rest days and one complete rest day.
    I'm using an app called Body Transformation. Loving lifting heavy!!!

    Reformed cardio junkie here! I've been lifting since January 2015 and may only do 1 hour of cardio a week. Never have felt more accomplished and the results have been impressive. I rarely weigh myself now. I follow IIFYM and eat what I want (including "bad foods" lol). Sending a FR and if anyone else wants to add me feel free!!
