Noticed when I logged my exercises today that my fitness pal only posted my cardio and not my strength training. Is there a way to post my exercises as well?

Or just keep a towel with you? That's what I do. Can't remember the last time I saw someone at the gym wearing a headband. Nothing wrong with it but I haven't seen them recently.
