I started a my fitness pal account over a year ago but, never used it. My doctor just recommended that I try it out again. I am working on improving my overall health and trying to have fun well I do it. I am halfway through my first six week bootcamp and just ran my first 5k in ages. Now to figure out this whole eating healthy part of it.... I am one week into my low carb doctor recommended diet. Its been a difficult change but, I am deffinately up for the challenge.

Changing over to low carb is different but is worth it . The meal part fo the app is the easiest just doccument through the app everything you eat everyday it will soon become a habit. For low carbs the best tip I can give you is to think lean and green.and plant based foods instead of processed foods1
