I was making my grocery list for next week, and I found myself not only putting stars next to items I plan on buying in the ad, but also, simultaneously crossing or x-ing out sugary unhealthy foods. There was a huge picture of a Starbucks drink in the center of the page. I put a huge x through it. It felt good.

I love going food shopping and coming out with a big trolley full of healthy food, always makes me feel good2
