Stuck! Help!

Hi! I need some help with my weight loss.

I started losing weight in August at 173lbs. I am currently at 139. I am 5'3.5 and am looking to get to maybe 130. I workout for at least an hour 6 days a week with 3 days of strength training in addition to cardio. I have been stuck at 139 for a couple weeks, but I am doing a calorie deficit. I burn about 2,300 according to my fitness tracker, and I eat around 600-900 calories a day. I also am on weight watchers and rarely eat more than 18 of my daily points. Why am I not losing weight? My goal was to hit 135 by the end of may, and 130 by the 18th of June. At this rate I don't think I'm going to reach it.
