Stuck! Help!

Hi! I need some help with my weight loss.
I started losing weight in August at 173lbs. I am currently at 139. I am 5'3.5 and am looking to get to maybe 130. I workout for at least an hour 6 days a week with 3 days of strength training in addition to cardio. I have been stuck at 139 for a couple weeks, but I am doing a calorie deficit. I burn about 2,300 according to my fitness tracker, and I eat around 600-900 calories a day. I also am on weight watchers and rarely eat more than 18 of my daily points. Why am I not losing weight? My goal was to hit 135 by the end of may, and 130 by the 18th of June. At this rate I don't think I'm going to reach it.

Does anything in this chart apply to you? When we get down to our last few pounds it tends to be super slow going and your calorie counting needs to be as perfect as possible, because with such a small deficit it is very easy to over shoot it.

The last 10 are the hardest to lose--could take months. Ensure your measurements are accurate. Keep drinking water, change up your workout routine, sleep, enjoy your proximity to your goal--you are nearly in a maintenance band.0
