Fitness tracker for cashier??

Since I'm not walking but I am lifting a variety of weights and twisting around till my sides are sore due to a poorly placed bagging area I'd like to track that activity. I know I should put my job in my daily activity level but my schedule varies from 10 to 30 hours a week, some days I'll have 4 customers an hour, other days I'll have endless lines with full carts, some days I'm just on the sales floor walking, others I'm loading heavy boxes of merchandise. It's so varied that I really want to have my level as sedetary and track work as an exercise. Is there some sort of tracker with a heart rate monitor that would be good for this? Would a fitbit work or are they just for tracking walking?

there is a fitbit with a constant heartrate monitor, but basically fitness trackers count steps. you can log your exercise, but you can do that on MFP without a fitness tracker.0
