Can't loose the wait

I was down 22lbs less than 5 months I gained all the way back. I have working out for the past 2 at 5 days a week I don't see any improvement it's depressing. I need help!

    Working out doesn't necessarily mean you will lose weight. However you were eating when you lost 22 lbs is what you need to get back to. Track your calories, girlfriend. You got the work ethic in you... just touch up your diet and you got this. :smile:
