just wanted to see how many people use pre made pre workouts or they bye in bulk and make there own the price of the pre made ones are high in price for 30 day supply some can be 30 to 60 dollars for a month supply, most of the ones out there are under dosed, if you buy a 6 month supply of pre made pre workout it could cost any were from 180 to 360 dollars on the other hand you could bye in bulk and save a lot of money for a 6 month supply

I bought all of my ingredients off of Amazon. Went the DIY route for a long time. Now with a daughter, wife, and work... it's just a lot easier to order from Citadel Nutrition knowing what's in it to a T, and have it delivered in 3 days without making a mess in my kitchen weighing ingredients out.

I haven't purchased supplements or a pre-workout in the last 3 months, I have found better gains in the gym, and more fat loss without them. Before I hit the gym, I make a coffee, throw in some butter, and oils (similar to bullet proof, but without spending the money). My stomach doesn't hurt when I do this where as before when I took a pre-workout I would feel like crap after I took them. I have tried a bunch over the years, and decided to just not use them any more. The best pre-workout that I did use during my time was from AML, which has a great combination of ingredients and didn't weigh me down. If your buying in bulk, just make sure you aim for raw ingredients like Citrulline Malate, BCAAs, Glutamine, Creatine, and caffeine if needed. Again, do some research before making any purchases, also I would recommend listening to Mind Pump on your fitness journey. You can find them on iTunes. They cover a lot of different topics, one is supplements and pre-workouts. Best of luck!
