Big weight loss cleanse?

So I went on vacation and my scale says I gained 11 lbs. I do have a huge history of retaining water due to sodium intake. However, I know some of the weight is a gain.
Anyways, does anyone know of a great weight loss cleanse I can do for a couple days?

No, just get back to your normal eating. A "cleanse" will just dehydrate you. It's not any actual long lasting weight loss. If you flew, plus sodium, you might be retaining a lot more water than you realized. When I got home from my last vacation, I was the exact same weight as when I left. Except because of where I was, I knew that I had lost weight. When the water weight came off, I was down 15lbs.
Seriously, just go back to your normal routine and be patient for a couple weeks.1 -
I just feel so fat and like I failed myself it's really stressful0

You won't be doing yourself anything good by trying a "cleanse". A couple of days means nothing. Just go back to normal eating/exercise.1

Honestly, many of the cleanses will make you feel crappy. Literally. And if that's the worst side effect you have from them, then you are lucky. Did you enjoy your vacation? That's the important thing. Life happens. There's no way you gained an entire 11lbs So get back to tracking and in a day or two, you will be feeling more normalized. And be nicer to yourself. Life happens.3

Thank you. That made me feel a little better.0 -

You're welcome. Just breath and get back to normal. It will pass in a day or two. Coming back from vacation sucks anyways (I always find it does), because it means getting back to work, or whatever else you were enjoying forgetting about while you were away.0 -
I agree with the above, go back to your regular weight loss routine and it will slide off again.
Weight-loss is a game of patience and persistence; we all go through trying times (sometimes very enjoyable times - like holidays) where we slip up. But, we get back to it and keep going0
