I'm currently 81kg I've lost a few pounds in this week but need help. My calorie intake is 1200 half than what it was and today I'm having stomach cramps and feeling sick just thinking about food. My breakfast this morning was 50g cherry tomatoes 30g mix salad 2 pouched eggs and 80g of whole cucumber with a slice of wholemeal toast but i left half due to feeling sick and huge stomach cramps. Is this normal? Is my body just getting used to the new diet? I'm also taking evening primrose oil and Pregnacare Vitamins x Tia x

You lost a few pounds in one week ? Are you pregnant or just using a vitamin sup aimed at pregnancy.1

No not pregnant I've got pcos and it helps with boosting the vitamins I lack trust would never think of losing weight if I was pregnant xx0

There is a nasty, nasty stomach bug going around. I am in TN and a cousin in California had it at the same time my kids did. (cheap air travel is the worst thing for infectious disease control) I would assume it was that and hope it passes quickly. Drink as much water as you can...it's good for you.0

You should probably keep a record of your food and visit your doctor if it continues as it could be any number of things1

I keep track of everything through here and my son has a bad stomach bug with D+V but I hav no symptoms apart from stomach cramps. So Duno if it's just my body getting used to the dramatic cut in calories or what Duno0
