So I have been doing Insanity. It is a 60 days programme. You do different workouts on different days and have a Sunday as a rest day.
At my heaviest, a few years a go, I was 19 stone.
I am now 12 stone and am aprox 6 foot, 1.
I am have purchased some protein powder that I can work into my day to give me energy and to push me further.
My goal is to lose weight and tone up.
I am also going to look into making protein bars. I have oats, hot chocolate, coconut flakes, peanut butter, low fat natural yogurt, flavoured milk, and obviously the whey powder.
What I don't have is any honey. From research a lot of the recipes require honey. Honey has a lot of calories in and I don't want to go overboard. What would you suggest?
I also purchased the hot chocolate to flavour my protein when I have the shakes.
