Getting really discouraged here.....

Ive been doing Ashley Horners Charlie Mike now for 5 weeks and its coming to an end. Really enjoyed it and will try it again in the fall. Before hand I was doing regular lifting 4 to 5 times a week with cardio eating about 1600-1800 calories. A couple weeks ago a friend convinced me to eat 2000 calories because for the amount of work that i was doing i was simply not eating enough. So ive been doing just that and i have felt great energy wise and can power thru my workouts.
Today I take a progress pic and I see no changes in 3 weeks at all. Measured myself from a week ago and nothing different. Pounds have gone up a slight bit and body fat % is still the same. I realy am feeling discouraged right now and i feel lost. I dont know what im doing wrong.

Do you use a food scale to weigh everything? Eating more gives you more energy but doesn't get you into a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit to lose weight and exercise is for health.
