Hi,
I am 56 years "young" and in UK.
170 days into a reboot and have used MFP extensively over the last 6 weeks to resolve high BP and cholesterol which are now back to normal.

Turned me into a bit of a gym bunny and changed to a better diet so I intend keeping it going.
Golf season under way as well which helps get out in fresh air for hours at a time.

Have a good support mechanism on here and looking to extend it to new friends.
