Roasted babycorn suggestions

Hi All - I have bought some babycorn (on offer) but conscious my partner doesn't particularly like babycorn AND I made him eat it last week in a stirfry. I always just end up stirfrying babycorn so wondered if anyone had any other suggestions. I was hoping someone might have tried roasting them and could tell me if that is a good option? Thanks!
