Is IIFYM only for those trying to gain lots of muscle?

Of course I want to be toned, but I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder or anything (not because I'm afraid of getting too bulky or any other myths, I just don't desire that right now). I already count calories but I've been playing with the idea of keeping track of macros too.
If I don't want to be a bodybuilder and just want to lose weight and get toned, what's the best percentage ratio?
I'm a 24 yo female, 143 lb, do pilates 6 days/week (moderate-intense)

Anyone can use IIFYM. There is no best macro percentage ratio. Hit your minimum fats and protein, and then find a ratio that you like.1

IIFYM is simply macro tracking. The website isn't IIFYM...they are just capitalizing on the concept. The concept is basically "flexible dieting"...particular foods aren't "good" or "bad"...particular foods provide for particular macro-nutrients, so yes...you can eat that cheeseburger IIFYM.
The "Y" is pretty important...there isn't any one universally superior macro ratio...your individual macros would be dependent on your nutritional goals as well as fitness and performance goals.3 -
I lost almost 50 pounds using an IIFYM-style approach. It's not just for those looking to build muscle. There is no one perfect macro ratio for weight loss. Your personal goals and preferences make a big difference (the Y in IIFYM is important - Your macros). I had a lot of success using the setup described here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets but your mileage will vary. The important thing is to pick a goal, stick with it for a bit, and then adjust based on your real world results. It may take a little tweaking, but you'll find what's right for you.2

What are your current macro %?
Playing around with the ratios and finding something that made me feel most satiated took a while, but has really paid off. IIFYM is for anyone! Not just for body builders.2 -
it's just set at the default one mfp uses0

I've had much success with IIFYM... definitely recommend the flexible dieting lifestyle.0
