This weeks challenge

I just rejoined mfo after being away for about a year and a half. Back in here and ready to eat healthy and loose some weight. I've hit a plateau with my weigh loss so I figured mfp would help me achieve my goals. I be been trying to eat more protein and less carbs. While I have my catba pretty Mich under control my proetwin lacks daily. My challenge this week is to incorporate more protein into my diet slowly. Any suggestions or recipes u can provide that would be great. thanx in advance.
