Egg Plant and Sweet Potato HELP!!!!!!!

I have an eggplant and a sweet potato and I have no clue what to do with them

    For the sweet potato, bake it like you would a baked potato and eat it that way. You could mash it too. Another good idea is to make healthy fries by cutting the potato into a fry shape, tossing with seasonings, placing on an oiled baking dish and baking at 425 F until crispy. :)

    For eggplant, I really like to chop it up and pan-fry it. But don't overdo it because overcooked eggplant tastes like boogers!
