Hi everybody,

I just started using this app a week ago and so far it's been really helpful. It's scary to see the amount of calories and fat in some food I used to eat every day.

I'm from Vancouver (Canada), used to live in Montreal so I also speak French. I've been trying to lose 20 lbs for a year now but no success. I decided to join this community and try out this app to help me getting more motivated. I am changing my diet, no carbs after 4pm and also cutting all refined sugar, processed food, and coffee. I would say that I really miss my cup of coffee every morning so it's very challenging!
