Where or how do you find motivation?

Where do you find your motivation? This is a 2 fold question. First, I want to know because I'm looking for some myself. Secondly, I'm curious and I just want to hear from everyone. Do you use negative motivation (a bad picture for example, an unhealthy relative) or positive motivation (a cute outfit, desire for more energy) or both? And where are you on your weight loss journey? What's produced the best results motivation wise?

    I fantasize about picking out new, smaller clothes and getting tall boots that fit! I have a reward system in place, and each ten pounds, I reward myself with something, and that's generally what I fantasize about. I would dream about getting highlights in my hair, too, and that's now a reality because I just met that goal.

    I was happy with myself and never noticed the weight creeping on it was only when i seen photos of myself i was discusted and angry i let this happen.. the person in the photos isnt me. So i use positive photos of how i was last year and focus on that and if i start losing motivation i just look at the fat me photos and all the things im missing out on (including fashion!) grrrrrrr
