I'm reducing my calories to lose weight but when I reach my goal and return to a calorie intake that a little high will I gain weight again?

If you go back to eating more calories than your maintenance level, you will gain weight again.0

So I should researched and find a good amount of calories to maintain my new weight and stick to that?0

You can set MFP to maintain weight, and it will estimate the calories to maintain at your stats. But it may take some trial and error. There are lots of "stickied" threads at the top of the "Maintaining" forum that would give detailed ideas for when you reach that point.0

If you increase your calories and after several weeks you are consistently gaining, then reduce them a bit. Just keep adjusting them until you find maintenance level. Be sure to give at least several weeks between adjustments before adjusting them again though. You will always see a weight increase in the beginning when increasing calories, but as long as you don't jack then sky high and above your true maintenance level it will level out.0

You don't need to 'research' you can use what you learn when losing weight to figure out maintenance.0
