Alright, so this might be a dumb question, but... I ate almost 1900 cals today. I kept them mostly clean, but just over my goal of 1300.. Blame the hormones haha.. BUT I ran uphill for 2 mins this morning plus a leg workout, and then ran for a solid HOUR this evening. I burned around 1000 calories in cardio today. Does the cardio compensate or will my body still store the excess that I consumed?

Yes, the cardio will compensate for eating 1900 calories if you truly did burn 1000 calories today. I personally don't eat exercise calories, but for some people it works and if you normally eat 1300 calories and burned 1000 today then you are still in a calorie deficit even if you ate 1900 calories.0
