you need to fill the empty space with muscles if you want to have that so called "toned" look but results will be slow on a keto diet0

Resistance training to help keep lean muscle. But if you're an untrained individual, this will take some time to attain a "harder" look. It also depends on how much body fat you have to lose.

The problem with the Keto Diet is that it is so high in fat to bring your body into ketosis. The problem with that is although you're burning fat, you're not eating enough protein which helps your body to recover after a workout. A diet that is high in protein, lower in carbs and mid of fats allows the body to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. If you want to try a diet that is high in protein, try the Paleo Diet. I'm currently working towards going all Paleo.2

I petition to move this out of the debate forum and into general diet and weight loss help.9

To the OP, aside from some toning, your skin is going to do what it's going to do. After you've lost all your weight and maintained for a while, you won't know how loose it will be. Drink lots of water, make sure there are healthy fats in your diet and moisturize. (Don't shell out big bucks for lotions that claim to firm or any such nonsense. Just something that keeps you feeling soft will do). Those things will help a little, but they won't make lots of loose skin suddenly tighten.2
