Hello, I'm michelle, 23 years old and aiming to lose 20kg. It sounds like a lot but I've had body image issues and disordered eating (Other specified feeding and eating disorder which started from bulimia nervosa) for years.. I'm in recovery for my disorder and thought this is a good way to monitor my food intake and exercise so hopefully I can do it all in a healthy way. This gives me good insight of the calories I take in and whether or not I'm eating too much or too little. Anyways....

I'm looking at losing weight to better my self esteem etc and to feel healthy. I work and study so I like to go for walks at night. My theory with exercise is to go hard or go home. So sometimes I'm happy with just 1 hour but there are days like yesterday where 2 or so hours seem better and achievable!

I'd like to make friends to motivate me and keep me accountable to my goals and if I can be of support to anyone else, feel free! I am a qualified counsellor l, work in mental health and furthering my counselling studies with my bachelors degree which I am successfully in my second year. There are days I'm not motivated to move but will feel like crap and get myself out at least for my walk.

I'm trying to get healthy :) Hoping this app helps with it xx

    You can add me if you want I am from derby and I have lost a stone in a month I want to loose a lot more.
