It depends. If you by "leaving calories low" mean "undereating" - no.
Do you need to lose weight? Have you put in your stats and chosen a healthy weight loss rate? Are you weighing and logging intake correctly? What are your fat/protein/carbs goals set to, and why? How long have you been doing this? Do you feel allright?

I feel okay, I measure every little thing that I put in my mouth on scales I've been doing it for month, i've lost weight , but the last two weeks I've stayed the same. I've only got 6 pound to lose and my goal Is set it for 1500 cal , but I end up eating under most days

You will lose weight when you eat less calories than you burn. The loss will slow down when you have less to lose, but it also gets less and less acute, because you are at a healthy weight, so you have to be more accurate and even more patient if you still want to lose more. Plus, 6 pounds is nothing. We have natural fluctuations that has nothing to do with fat. 6 pounds is less than the weight range I maintain within.

With no other clues than "high", it's also impossible to say if your protein intake is unhealthy or your diet is unbalanced, but it sounds like it's just fine and you are doing fine. Your diary is not open.

Your diet looks good and there's nothing to worry about. You eat a lot of different foods, I like that! Just try to never go under 1200. And you may want to not eat back all exercise calories, as the numbers can be a bit generous.

you basically cannot go wrong eating lots of protein. It is the least (net) calories of any of the macros per gram. Your diary looks fine. Eat this way for 3 weeks and if you are not getting the results you expect (ie you set it to lose 1lb/week but you only lose .5) then readjust.
