I feel like I can't do anything right :-(

I don't know what the heck I'm doing. I feel like I have too much information about losing weight, and I don't know which information is trustworthy or where to start. I tend to be an all or nothing person and feel like I have to do everything right. How can I start well and continue the momentum? is changing one or two habits at a time enough?

@arditarose I don't know about the eating part, I'm starting to get pretty bored with what I eat. I might need to learn how to cook :-O

Should I get someone to look at my food diary at the end of the 2 weeks?

Yeah, that's not a bad idea.

You know, when I started this I did not cook. I live in NYC and literally ate every lunch out and stopped by the deli or ordered in every night. I just laughed at people when they said I should cook. Now I can't imagine it any other way. Now...I don't use the OVEN or anything lol. But I can put veg and meat on the stove and create great tasting/simple dishes that fit in my calorie goal. Stress on the "simple".

I'm super lazy. I'm hungry most of the time, so I usually want the food *right now*. I would be super happy if my fridge was overflowing with healthy snacks that I could just grab. Our house is full of ingrediants and low on actual food.

If a dinner takes me more than 5-10 minutes to make, I'm not eating it. I have to cook it after 12-14 hour long day running around the city/working out.

Do you have a list of recipes you use, or do you just throw random things together?
