    We often have a cheese plate at dinner parties in lieu of dessert...it's how classy people do it

    I went to the American Cheese Society Event twice now. A whole banquet hall of cheese. I really like Aged Goudas. PS I am from Wisconsin.

    Today I had a slice of pizza with a stuffed cheesy crust. It was the best pizza ever.

    I love cheese! Had cottage cheese for lunch, can eat a whole tub of it! Peanut butter and jelly sammich with a big chunk of sharp cheddar cheese!

    It's my biggest weakness. Parmesean is my favorite, and I adore Gruyere and super sharp white cheddar. The ones with the salt crystals. YUM.

    And, I haven't had hardly ANY cheese since starting my journey on 1/5/16. Down 28 lbs - attribute to many factors, but no cheese and WAY LESS wine are way up there :D
