When you weigh and measure ribs, weigh bone in? I just can't see how the three ribs I just ate (six ounces on scale) is 460 calories. Just curious how everyone else does it

If you're trying to be absolutely accurate weigh bone in before eating, then weigh the bones after. Subtract the difference. Be sure to use the appropriate entry in the database (cooked or uncooked).
Rib meat is pretty high calorie, and barbecue sauces can add a lot to that.0 -
Thanks ! I just weighed the bones. They were 3oz of the 6 I initially weighed0

Just make sure to weigh the and then match appropriately (ie bone vs no bone). Now that being said, ribs are very high in fat and therefore calories.....0
